I have used Septic Medic both to clean my septic tank and to test the tank alarm to ensure all was in proper working order. Their pricing is very reasonable and their whole team from front line to office staff is friendly, responsive and came to my home the same day to ensure everything was in proper working order. Called Septic Medic from my home in Brooks, needing to replace the sump pump in the septic tank. They sent a quote for the work by email and text to accept or decline, was accepted. They arrived to Brooks at 9am the next day to do the job. Chris and Garth were very skilled at the installation and explained everything they were doing and why. Chris has worked for the company for around 30 years and shared his knowledge on how the septic tank and field works and what to do to keep the system working well. The two are very competent gentlemen, great to deal with. Will deal with them if I have any problems with the pump. Highly recommend Septic Medic

I called them and explained my situation and within minutes they had a quote to me, where there when they promised and the the bill was the same as the quote. I was not able to be there so they called me right away and explained all what was required. I’m hiring them to fix it as well but so far very happy with thier work.
